The Make-Up of Our Team

GPs / Medical Advisors

Provide medical oversight, diagnosis, and treatment plans for clients. They monitor ongoing health needs, coordinate with specialists, and ensure care aligns with best medical practices. Their role also includes advising the care team on clinical decisions and managing complex medical cases.

Registered Nurses

Deliver direct patient care, including administering medications, dressing wounds, monitoring vital signs, and supporting recovery. They act as a bridge between doctors and clients, ensuring care plans are carried out effectively. RNs also educate clients and families on health management.

Support Workers / Carers

Offer day-to-day assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility. They provide companionship, monitor client wellbeing, and ensure a safe and comfortable environment. Support workers play a key role in building trusting relationships with clients.

Physiotherapists

Specialise in restoring physical movement and function through exercise, manual therapy, and rehabilitation programs. They support clients recovering from injury, surgery, or illness, and help manage chronic conditions.

Care Coordinators

Oversee and manage each client’s overall care plan, ensuring all services and professionals work together seamlessly. They act as the main point of contact for clients and families, schedule appointments, coordinate between healthcare providers, and monitor the delivery of support services.
